Why I will never pay more than $20 for a wax!

What do Tou guys think of Adam's waxes?
Americana?

I reqd up on it, seems like a good wax but cost a lot , why I'm asking.

Do they make a wax colored pad to apply it?

No they don't, it comes with a red foam applicator to apply it while the wax is white.

BTW, I realize your sarcasm but just had to bite. :)

Thanks for the early congrats and I'm sorry there isn't a Ruth's Chris near you, there's 3 here in Chicagoland but only one back home in Michigan, I was lucky there because it was in Troy Michigan, so not more than 45 minutes away. This thread has now made me VERY hungry, the garlic mash potatoes there.....OMG, then there's the creamed spinach....OMG, finishing up with their creme bu lay (spelling) garnished with 7 different fruits!

The one in Troy, Mi is a ten minute drive!

I'll have to throw a quick layer of Zymol Creame on the car, and try this place.

Skip the valet parking and enjoy your meal!

It is a good wax. I wanted to post the review on AG, but got a warning last time I posted an Adam's product review.

It sheets well, beads well, durability is decent @ ~2 months. Lots of applications from one jar. Good applicator. Wipe on Wipe off paste wax. Nothing to really complain about. Just a great solid wax in just about every respect.

Heard about their products and also heard their sold under another brand but can't remember whom though.

I love my Meg's NXT.
It last just as long as most waxes, very easy to apply and wipes off without having to rub hard, this makes me feel better know I have less of a chance to induce swirls.

One bottle last a very long time, I must have done at least 25 cars with this one bottle.
It's also a sealant which is another plus.
Give it a try if you haven't used it before.

I agree. Something about NXT 2.0 that just seems to work. It protected my girl's yellow truck admirably last winter. It's also my favorite product to use on my cymbals - hands down. Very easy to use, amd very nice results.

NXT 2.0 is a great OTC product, no doubt about it but in reality it seems to only last about a month. That being said, the way I layer products on my car, I could use it all the time, LOL!

Why I will never pay more than 20 $ for wax? Because collinite is da bomb.

Heard about their products and also heard their sold under another brand but can't remember whom though.

This are just false rumors. It's been disproven many times already. They don't rebadge their products to another name and their products themselves are not rebadged from someone else.

Thought I read somewhere it was CG's?

Well Zaino isn't sold here either and there's threads about that though, LOL!

Some people like to say CG and Adam's are the same, but they aren't.

I think around 5 years ago Werner (Warner) chemicals used to make Adam's stuff so that's where it came from. I have tested Adam's and CG stuff in direct comparison and they simply aren't the same.

No I got warned for posting a review about it. Different than just making a thread on it.

I didn't play by the rules posted and got warned. That's fair imo.

I believe we should post anything we like (as long as it's not offensive) then let the winner be chosen by all of us.

Hasbro Monopoly comes to mind :)
