Why is everyone buying apple i touch phones???

I love my smart phones but my sis in law has an EnV Touch and I have to admit it is one heck of a phone.
 
Loving my new iPhone 4! Had it for a week now and it's a huge improvement over the 3G I had before. :)

FWIW, I've not had any of the issues with mine that you may have seen online.
