Why my towels become "clumped" and are they still safe to use?

Alright so after few emails with The Rag Company, basically we still have no idea. At first they claimed the CarPro Elixir as likely culprit but they didn't understand that this also happens to my 350gsm eagle edgeless that never touches Elixir, just use them with my rinseless wash. After clarifying that they didn't really know what else it could be.

If there's anything I could theorise, is maybe the way my washer spins or dryer whatever, makes it push on one side and it matts like that.

I have found TRC’s customer service sucks.

Do you know who the Junkman is? IMO that guy single handedly put TRC on the map before anyone knew anything about it.

I looked him up a couple of weeks to see what he’s up to nowadays and I’m surprised he isn’t on their payroll or somehow connected with them. I guess the Junkman is happy doing him and that’s fine. I remember those days many years ago on YT.

Ah, the Junkman! I forgot about him. Did he ever post on the forums? I'm not sure if that's how I found out about TRC, I don't remember.

once the loops/strands on my microfibers get balled/rolled like that, they get demoted to wheels and then tossed...
