Why not California?

Because California is full of tree hugging hippies who if they could would ban the use of water (j/k). Now for the real reason, I believe it is due to the VOC content (Volatile Organic Content) and that it does not meet California's stricter environmental regulations. Mike...
 
I think I just seen on the news where they did band water and humand breathing. Something about the rare black ant doesn't like second hand air from humands.:D

Yea the only thing they allow in California now is earth quakes, fires, mud sides and wacked out movie stars! (j/k) Pretty soon they are going to band cars all together.

The rest of us are trapped with goofballs that set the goofey rules. I got a watering ticket last summer for washing my car on a Tue. with an even number house address, Wed. was suppose to be my day. Whoops. Feet back and spread em and no funny moves.
We have good Mexican food though.

I will give CA this much - it is nice to go places and enjoy yourself' with out having to endure someone els'e nasty lung rotters!!!!!! Fresh, smoke free environments and clothes.
It's priceless.
If we want smoke, well, we go over to Vegas.

Wait a minute Jim. You actualy have certain days you can wash you car and you got a ticket for washing you car on the wrong day? What's Next?:confused:

Pretty soon you're only going to be able to flush your toilet on certain days.:(

In California, we pay for water - severe drought conditions go on most years.

My area does not do so, but since water is coming from the sky, I think I will hold off until the weather clears for washing.

Yeh, I know Gary. Also, pretty soon our prisons are going to be full of car washers.

Man, can you imagine being in prison with a lap top, logged on to AG, and not having any money. Help!
 
LOL, I am glad we don't have these water restrictions where I live. I have 4 black cars to take care of!!!
