Why won't the scratches come out?

For scratch repair with a PC Is the SSR line appropriate or should I find a none diminishing compound??? I know to use speed 6 and 5.5 or 4 inch pads for spot repairs but I do not seem to get very good RIMS correction, just reduction. I have a few scratches that do not catch my nail that I would like to get rid off
