Will AG carry Wolf's Chemicals??

Dude you are in the uk. You can get it a lot easier then us. Lol

True but I was just to to make a suggestion for AG to consider. The range is really good, there is no fancy marketing but the products perform very well. The rust protection range is great as is the detailing products.

Apologies to all, did not mean to go 'off topic'

Another vote for Raceglaze brushes. Also would like to see some Lusso products.

Also Phil's customer service is amazing! Never had a problem dealing with him. It's people like him that give me a reason to spend the extra bucks to buy from him.

If all you're doing is placing an order and getting it shipped, everyone's customer service is great. However if you have a problem & you need help or need to return something, IME AG's customer services wins hands down, everyday of the week - NO contest.

Have you ever dealt with Phil? (not just placing an order)

This is sometimes the only way that small stores can compete. We all love AG but they have become a behemoth and it's really tough on the little guys, I think we have seen all of the part-time guys go out (Danase, Excel, SMP...although WCD has gone in and out and uses a diff name now). Phil has his services business (how he started I believe) so he's got some diversification going on.

that's why i spread my support to all small companies...

RMM;713191} +1 on Tuff Shine (the cleaner is the best and the durability of the coat is unbeatable) and on Wet Glaze 2.0 (I never used this but I am quite curious about it). [/QUOTE said:
Funny I have the same tire cleaner that they use and I get mine for $$35 per 5 gallons. When I dilute mine to 1:1 it is still stronger than tuff shines and they charge like $12 plus shipping for 22oz.

I have in fact and let me just say it wasn't favorable when I wanted to return something that was obviously defective. Again, I still buy some items from him that he carries exclusively but nothing that would require customer support AFTER the sale. It requires to much effort to be honest.

Wow are you serious? Don't get me wrong, I like ag. But Phil and his crew are just awesome people. They sent me the wrong product one time. I recieved it one a sat but didn't get home to Sunday to notice it was wrong.I needed that product for a customer car that Monday. I called Phil an he told me he was going to drive in to his warehouse pack it up and same day ship it for me(Monday). Not to mention I got to keep the wrong product. To me he went above and beyond what he had to do. I never got that type of customer service here at ag. Like I said before in another thread. I will never call ag again. Had 2 bad experiences with rude cs. It was a year or two ago. Things could of changed. But it truely does mean a lot to have great cs and I rather pay a couple extra bucks to the guy who is willing to drop what he is doing on his day off to help me then buy from a rude cs place. I only buy online from ag anymore. Sucks because Meghan, mile and nick are awesome ppl. But it only takes one person to ruin it. Having my own business, I don't have time for that stuff. Little things mean the most :)

Every Wolfs product I have used (body wrap, hard body, trim sealant, leather sealant and new moon wax) have been great. The leather sealant does have a learning curve and stinks but it's still good stuff. I would like to try the blue moon wax but haven't been able to get it yet. Since we're asking about product maybe AG could look into Auto Finesse, I've only used the leather conditioner so far but it does a nice job. I have the base wax (temptation), leather cleaner, glass cleaner and tire dressing still to use but so far so good on the product.

about a year or so ago i had the same issue and i don't recall the guys name whom i spoke to and it still doesn't sit well with me. oh well, life goes on....

I will look into it, you are the first to ask me about that I do believe!

Add me as another vote for Bilt Hamber - I love their Finis Wax, have some Auto Balm waiting to be tried, and have read good things about their Hydra Wax, Cleanser Fluid, Car Wash - heck, I don't think I've seen a bad review about the line :D Their clay is my goto - though I appreciate that you can't bring that in until the Clay Magic patents expire.

Have heard GREAT things about Bilt Hamber Auto Foam snow foam.
A lot of poms seem to be using it as a pre-soak &/or even a stand alone touchless wash through a foam cannon (although the touchless washes are at STRONG concentrations!)
Just heard it mentioned again recently & decided I wanted to get some & try out then saw this...

I have a couple of Wolf products and like most products on the market they do work...

PBMG has it's own product lines and they do work well. By continuing to add other product lines PBMG dilutes its house brands causing their sails to plummet....it's a numbers thing...

Personally, I was surprised to see Autogeek offer the Chemical Guys brand of products, something I never expected to see. Not being part of the business strategy team at PBMG I have no insight to their internal decisions. If I were a betting man I'd bet against PBMG offering the Wolf's line....

I'm glad to hear you had a very positive experience with Phil - sadly I cannot say the same. No company or individual is perfect and we all make mistakes, it's how we go about fixing those mistakes that differentiates one company from another. The couple of times I needed Phil to step up, he was no where to be found. With that said, I still purchase from Phil as he carries a few things I really like that don't require any cs. But IMHO for an 800 lb gorilla (or even a 100 lb version) AG does one heck of a job in the cs department (and I have had issues that needed resolution), but I always call to place an order and deal with the same individual. The service I've received both pre & post sale has always been exemplary. YMMV

Thank you for the clarification. How about Bilt Hamber?

I will look into it, you are the first to ask me about that I do believe!

PLEASE Meghan!! I too find their line excellent. That Finis Wax has been elusive; I've lost 2 shipments of it so far and been wanting to get the Auto Balm for the longest time.

Also, since I've been off- topic- how about the Victoria line? Im the MAN
