Don't feel bad. I won't ever call ag again. Last two times I called whoever answered was extremely rude and tried to make me feel like I was a bother to them. It's just weird cause nick, mike and Meghan are so helpful and you call and have some1 answer like that wasn't cool. With owning a business sometimes you need customer support fast(phone) its just not the way I handle my business and ever since then if I need something in a timely fashon I order elsewhere. Don't get me wrong I still order some stuff online from ag and enjoy the help I get from the ones mentioned. But ag did lose some business from me. IMO customer service and kindness helps a lot!!!


I am sorry you had some issues with calling in; we really work hard to provide the best customer service possible. If you ever receive bad service I want to know immediately so just shoot me a PM or call my direct ext. (#207). We have some of the best I think in the industry when it comes to customer service, with Nick, Ray, Penny, Bobby, Nicole, and Kendra on the phones we really have a great team! But no one is every perfect so please let me know if your experience is never a fabulous one! Not to mention we have just added three new techs/customer service agents to the office, Brandon, Ricky, and Jonah come from some great car care and customer service backgrounds. They have been spending the last month training under Mike and Nick for tech support and working with Penny and Nicole to learn the Autogeek way of customer service. So I hope you will find that AG has a great team and a team we keep expanding to better serve you. Without you guys we would not be here and we won’t ever forget that!

I just want to add that I have yet to have a single dis-satisfactory issue with AG in all the years, and thousands of dollars I've spent. Have there been some mixups in orders and maybe one or two broken bottles when they were shipping in the mail? Sure, BUT THEY FIXED IT WITH LIGHTENING SPEED, AND DID SO COURTEOUSLY.
