Flying to Missouri first thing in the morning, so I won't be on for a bit. Going to spend some time with my Daughter before she heads off to Japan with her mother and step-father for 3 years...:( Going to be a looong time.

Looking forward to over 1000 posts to read when I get back!!

Oh, and for you Northerners, we made record highs yesterday. Made the mid 80's....

Take care everyone, and happy detailing.

Man, I feel for you. That's going to be tough. Enjoy your time with her, then SAVE some $$ to see her at least a couple of times during her absence. Good luck!!

Well, I made it to Missouri just fine.
I flew from Waco to Dallas on a small, tiny plane. I swear we could have been shot from a sling-shot. It was an Eagle (AA), with the 2 props. Extremely noisy, as I had the honor of sitting next to the engine. yea me. My ears were buzzing an hour after getting off the plane. I had a lay-over in Dallas of a little more than an hour and a half. Boarded the 757 and headed to St.Louis. The plane was empty, as I had 3 seats to myself, as well as the 3 on the other side of the plane and several more around me. Cruised at about 35-38k feet, and the view was awesome. Nice clear blue skies. I was going to take pictures, but aside from an unusual urine smell, the window looked to have some crayon scribbles, a few boogers, and possibly, some slobber where someone was licking the window, so I opted to leave the blind closed during most of the flight. The weather changed farily quickly, as we flew from blue skies, to dak, grey skies. I just looked cold. Arrived in St. Louis and boy was I right. I went from nice weather to the ICE AGE!!!!! I swore I seen a wooly mammoth!
Today, the high is somewhere in the 30's with wind gusts to 30 MPH, and spitting snow. I miss Texas already...lol My Wife said the temp there is in the 70's. I know she is reading this, so I have to tell her to BITE ME!!! LMAO Send a snow suit right away!!!!!

Other than that, all is well. I'll check in later...

Isn't that first blast of arctic air invigorating?----Ahhhh--------I miss that smell of brutal cold, haven't smelled it in many years(used to live in Wisconsin as a child).

Ok.....I'm over it:)
