Will Megs APC 4:1 touch tar?

Apologies about the noob question... but will the Megs APC cut 4:1 remove the tar spots on my front bumper? They're really getting on my nerves!

Will it then strip the 845 that's on it?
 
Kerosene will remove it, but you may have to rewax.
 
Stoners Tarminator works well... And available OTC...Reseal/rewax after removing tar.

If it is strong enough to remove the tar, then it is pretty safe to assume it is strong enough to remove the wax or sealant you used.
 
Hi there! I would like to remove asphalt adhering i my car, currently i only have apc+, what would be the safest ratio (yet effective) and working time for this product to safely remove the asphalt in my car.

You could always try Poorboy's Bug Squash. It works well for me, or you could try TarX by CarPro
