•Staying within the Waxes/Sealers categories:
-Yes, Waxes and other paint Sealers can/could
evaporate..but it depends on several factors.
•The Waxes’/Sealants actual solvents will,
or should have, evaporate(d) within 24
hours from its initial application and then
being buffed off...leaving behind the solids
(a “phase”) of the product. {I’ll call these
solids: a Layer of Wax/Sealant.}
•These left behind Waxes’/Sealants’ solids
actually do keep very well indoors...and
away from UV sources. (Probably by a factor
of >20X vs. being outdoors and exposed to
UV sources, I’d be willing to wager.)
However:
If/When given enough Heat...these
solids (i.e. layers) of Waxes, and other
paint Sealers, will phase change to a gas.
That is to say: evaporate.
•Which leads to this entreaty:
-I hope it doesn’t ever get that
hot out in your garage!
