Will rinseless washing more than 1-2x a week cause too much damage?

Couldn't agree more. I still can't believe everyone has fallen in love with a rinseless that smells like cough syrup. It's the strangest thing I've witnessed since joining.

It doesn't smell liking coughing syrup.. Smell is not even that strong. I love it.

i wash my black corvette 3 or 4 times at week..... i think no problem,,,, of course the risk of scratch your car is higher....

Scent is very relative but I admit I am certainly in the minority of guys who dislike it. It reminded me of being sick when I was a little kid so I always think of it negatively but even if you don't like it, the scent isn't nearly as offensive at the rinseless dilution ratio. For me personally, it makes me sick to my stomach when I open the container in it's concentrated forum. I absolutely LOVE the smell of all three Meguiars rinseless products (d114, d115, d155)

Going on 2 years now. I've performed a waterless/rinseless wash on it at least twice per week since I bought it.

With rinseless washes you want to wash your car more often than if you were to use a hose/pressure washer 2 bucket method.

So if you can only rinseless wash you never want to let your car get too dirty as there is a such thing as when its safe to do a rinseless wash, and when a hose and pressure is needed.

The more dirt on your car = more chance to scratch your paint.

So if you do it more often and never let it get to dirty that is wise.

Removing light dirt 1-2 times a week, is far more safer than doing it once a month.

I've been washing my car 1 to 2 times a week since joining AG and being turned onto RW, as well as WW. I find its all about technique without a doubt. I mean when the car is really, really bad, we all hit the quarter wash and remove that top layer of filth, just good, common sense right there. When the car has a couple days dust on it you can always do a RW but a WW is also a good route to go, much easier, no bucket needed but what IS needed here is the right mix of solution and distilled water. I bring up distilled water when using a WW because most of make up a gallon a time, so it tends to sit for a period of time.

How are you doing your RW's, one bucket using the GD method or 2 buckets and a good MF wash mit?

I use the GD method. Have never tried the other method.

Using a wash Mitt and grid guards like a traditional wash, but you keep dipping it back in the bucket to soak up more product. I've heard that's the normal way?

We may just get a Gary Dean sighting on this forum if he reads that post.😂lol.

I still can't wrap my head around the idea that GDs favorite machine is the Harbor Freight DA.

Nobody here, worth their salt, is EVER going to keep dunking the wash media back into one bucket, no way, no how! Talk about getting banned from the site, LOL😜

That's why I said I NEVER tried it. LOL

BUT, do we now Ban Mike AND Jason!?!?

First I've heard of this. That makes no sense IMHO... Maybe the price point? And he can buy one for all his guys for the price of one very good machine?

I can't stand using DA that vibrate like crazy.

I have a porter Cable DA

Griots 3in DA

And a Rupes 21.

I want to replace the two above DAs with the Rupes equivalent in size to get away from the loud and annoying vibration..
