By the way, I love El Caminos... they make great drag boat pullers...

For anyone attending the January Detailing Boot Camp Class, the paint on this El Camino is filled with swirls and scratches and if Earl doesn't get to it before the class he's going to bring it back for my class to work on.

I've buffed out two cars today, (big cars), and only poked my head in on this thread in-between wiping "something" off or buffing something on...
I haven't really had time to do any in-depth reading. That said... you're right.
Only one guess per member....

And working on cars and answering questions on how to detail cars is not only a lot of fun but also a pretty good workout... My Jawbone UP24 says I exceeded my goal for the day... that's a lot of steps but they were big cars...

I think Mike was just referencing the second car to be polished which appears to be Max`s Ford Falcon and not part of the contest.The car gets moved in and out of the Show Car Garage when ever the space is needed for projects.

Nope... I had two cars coming in for different reasons, and I used the car I DIDN'T work on as the contest car. That would be the El Camino.
The car I did work on was just here for an article and to prep it for an eBay auction.
From the first page, this first sentence explains the car on the shirt, the Crown Victoria was not going to be the contest car.
