Windshield polish and sealant

Ive been looking for a good polish/compound i can use to remove small scratches out of my windshield and smooth it out while also removing water spots. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!Feed back please
 
My experience has not been a match to Corey. Together with the abrasive manufacturers, we have come to an experience/scientific agreement that cerium oxide is not really ideal for a scratch remover on glass. It works but it works eventually. So the thing to keep in mind is that you need the right pad and a lot of elbow grease, likely with a rotary.
 
You can use sonax profiline glass polish with its felt pads, for more serious scratches you need cerium oxide

Not used ceriglass so far as it's not available at my place but you can have a look at this:
