I don't have a Sno Brum, but use something similar.
At a local store I found a tool that has a double sided head that pivots. On one side of the head is a Sno Brum-like foam blade and the other side has a brush. There is an ice scraper built into the opposite end of the handle.
It's nearly the ideal snow remover for me. I can scrape ice off the glass, brush snow off windows/grills, and still push snow off the paint with the soft brush.
