Not sure this stuff lives up to the name. Sprayed it on tire spread it with old t shirt . Hard to cover all spots , seems like you have to use a lot to get coverage, let it dry at least 20 min. Still had slinging on mud flaps. What did I do wrong or did I just buy lousy tire spray ?
 
nothing wrong with the product but everything is wrong with your application process, never use a t-shirt it's why it was hard to cover all spots because the t-shirt soaks up the product. always use an apropriate applicator ment for the process, should help

I just used onyx this weekend on a detail. Looks great with no sling. If you use a tire applicator, it actually takes very little product.
 
Just based on your post I would say it's slinging due to improper cleaning of tire. It doesn't spread evenly because you're not using a proper applicator.
 
Thanks guys just ordered 2 kinds of applicators
