Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant 5 month mark.

Impressive durability. Where are you located, just curious to see what weather you encounter?

Sheeting? Not really but it is an excellent product.

I know weather plays a huge factor, but I can't say 5 months is "impressive" for a paint sealant. Unless it's been through the harshest of elements which I don't believe it has.

It's 5 months so far, maybe it'll last 10 months? If it was Jet Seal you'd be all over this

Thanks for posting, that's great water behavior at 5 months!

have you been using spray waxes/toppers after washing?

Nice, just got some in the mail today.

I live in New Mexico, hot dry, dusty conditions. I wash it 4-6 times a month. Usually ends up being a Rinseless or a full wash because of the heavy dust/dirt build up. I have not been through a continuous harsh environment. Been through two heavy winter storms up north and mostly heat. I personally think it has stood up well, considering most products break down after a few washes. I think the washes are probably just as bad as the heat and as many times as I have washed it, it has been good. It stays outdoors half the day, so it does get exposed to the sun a good amount of time. The hood has shown the most breakdown, probably due to the longer and higher heat temps.

As far as sheeting, this product is known not to sheet as well as other products but I think it does good. I hardly had any water to dry after doing my wash. Compared to my malibu which I am currently working on, which has no product on it, they are light years apart when it comes to comparing one with wgdgps and one with absolutely nothing. I should have taken a vid to compare like I wanted but thought no one would care. Lol

The manufacturer claims up to six months, in my conditions 8-10 months. I am happy with that. Longevity might not be up to par with what others are looking for, but the continued gloss impresses me and a good looking vehicle is what I want. Washing is super easy, bugs and road grime just slide off. This product also stays slick just like the first day I applied it. I am sure there are better sealants but not a significant difference to change at this time.

I applied fuzion soon after the sealant cured on one half of the hood to compare looks and water characteristics. The wax is long gone. No waxes in spray or other form have been applied to any other part of the vehicle, even the car wash soap has no waxes when I do a full car wash. I did apply wg spritz sealant on a 2x2 section on the roof for personal testing. The wash before this I used wg uber rinseless in the waterless ratio as a drying aid for the first time, which adds nothing to the sealant. Just made drying easier.

I use WG uber in rinseless and waterless ratios to clean the vehicle anyways so using as a drying aid is no different than a waterless wash.

However after the pics and vid which had no toppers at that point, I did a full wash and decided to use WG detail spritz and going to use the spritz sealant at some point to see how long I can extend and preserve the sealant to see if I can go before re applying for winter. According to the manufacturer the use of these products will extend the it. I guess from this point on I will see if these two products help.

Since I used wg detail spritz yesterday, I will say that product is great also. Extremely easy to use, and provided a boost in gloss and slickness. I used it as a drying aid this time instead of the waterless ratio.

Since I am at it, the test spot of spritz sealant I used seemed to add a boost that lasted about a 1.5 months. The spritz sealant was applied in the test section about 3 months in. My personal test are just that, personal opinion.
