After using the wolfgang swirl remover, and instead of buying polish from W.G. can i use D.P. final finishing polish i already have as a prelude to the WDGS...and would AIO be necessary after the polish prior to the WDGS ???
 
I would go with the DP Polish since it has no oils or protectants in it. This should serve as an awesome base for this amazing sealant!!!

So no need for the AIO?? after the DP Polish....

IMO, no. Doesn't AIO have protection propeties in it? If it does, this could prohibit bonding.

I would top the sealant though with a layer of wax in 24 hours though. This will give you ALOT of depth.

Am i missing a process after the polish and before the wolfgang sealer

an alcohol/water wash?? seems i remember another process...maybe not?
 
Only thing i can think of Bill would possibly be a paint cleanser after the swirl remover to remove any residue left

Im planning to use the 50/50.alcohol/water wash at that point to remove residue before the final polish.........maybe thats where i got mixed up...:(

Remember to rewash or wipe donw with alcohol/water 50/50 mix before using a sealant.

Before and after the polish??? i thought only just before the polish only to remove the residue from the swirl removing, claying etc. then to polish , then on to sealing...:confused:
