Need general information on the cost and category auto detailing falls under for Worker’s Compensation Employers have to pay? I know each State is different, but looking through the internet there's no information that even comes close to answering these questions. I’m in the State of Ohio.

Thanks,
Greg

I have Garage Keeper's insurance for the cars. As far as specifics on workers comp for car detailing and any intricacies, contact a good insurance agent.

Ohio follows the Worker's Compensation guidelines for the
Classifications of Industries as set forth by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), and their "Numerical Index of Classifications".

For auto detailing the "codes" still looks to be:

8380 and 8392:
AUTOMOBILE SERVICE OR REPAIR CENTER & DRIVERS; Automobile Car Wash & Drivers; Includes incidental greasing, polishing and servicing; valet; etc.

For further information regarding structure, costs, etc.,
contact your local Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation office at:
https://www.bwc.ohio.gov/bwccommon/services/officelocator/default.asp

Hope this helps.
