Hi, I am someone who has primarily used Menzerna Polishes, and curious about 2 other products in my possession.

For the people who have experience using Poorboys Pro & or Pro 2: what's your optimal number of section passes/working time? for paint cleansing, correction, light correction?

Sharing your experiences would be very appreciated!

I was always a SSr user. The pro polish section passes will be determined by you.pad selection and paint condition will give you the info you need.

As Poorboy Steve used to tell us "the paint will tell you what it needs"...

I only used Pro Polish a couple of times, but I found when using a white Lake Country Flat pad and 3~4 passes I was able to get good cleaning and mild correction. I've never tried it on a vehicle which needed any serious correction.

Do people really use a fixed number of passes when polishing a panel? There's so many variables, like temperature, humidity, as GSKR said, condition of the paint...maybe I'm just not scientific enough about this stuff.

I don't. I let the product and conditions be my guide. I simply provided what worked for me as a point of reference. Hopefully no one takes things like that as absolute truth.

That was more directed at the OP who asked for the " optimal number of section passes/working time".
