I almost forgot the other towels.. They also look and feel pretty good, for being my door jamb towels. There turned out to be a couple of my better towels in here and they look really good.

I’m willing to take 1 for the team. So today I’m going to wash this batch of microfibers in hot water and dry them on high heat with a fabric softener sheet. I’ll even toss in 1 of my perfectly good PFM towels in the mix. Lets see what happens.
I’ll post the complete facts. You have my word.
Update: So I went ahead and washed microfiber towels..
...
Completely done with the waterless wash.

I’ve read tons of on the towel debate and will hear tons for both sides. Adam’s and Griots say hot is good and thats good enough for me.
Adams even has an article about boiling the towels if the lose absorbency.
Griots microfiber wash recommends mixing with free and clear detergent as gets both dirt and grime out while removing LSP. That’s were i believe hot works best is to remove hydrophobic LSP’s
I was all together with hand rinsing eXtra dirty towels first and all has been fine. I wash on hot if i have alot of LSP towels and medium if not. To get towels fluffy and right I dry on low for 20 mins and then hang dry. All my towels even the 2 year old ones feel super soft and perform like new.
I really like the Griots detergent mixed with the free and clear. In my opinion and trials this combo out performed 3D kleen, micro restore, Mckees and free and clear detergent alone.
Ric, You're a madman!
Dang man, Caddy's looking great!
And thanks for your testing (and documenting!!!) on this!
So much so that just to prove a point of how great it worked I dried the entire vehicle with only 1 side of the towel. How bout that for a towel that according to the gospel should’ve been ruined? Lmao.
