Really loving this site, what a wealth of detailing information!

Back in the 80's during my high school years I detailed cars as a side job. Continued detailing during my years at Texas Tech. Once I got out into the "real world" other priorities took over, not to mention that driving company cars/trucks over the past 17 years doesn't quite motivate one to dump a ton of time and money into a vehicle you don't own.

Now that I am back to owning my own vehicle, the detailing bug has bit me again. I forgot just how at peace I am when detailing a vehicle, it is truly therapy for me. With my son being 14 years old now, figured it was time him and his best friend learn the fine art of detailing, so they can not only take proper care of their own vehicles, but make some money detailing like I did back in the day.

Man have things changed, lots of new tools and products, very cool! I have been building up my supplies (lots left to acquire) and am about to break-in my new GG DA in the coming weeks (too many weekend priorities this time of year). Another hobby of mine is photography, so lots of pics will be coming as my adventure in rediscovering this old passion takes shape!

Welcome to AGO, you will absolutely love the site, I can't stay away. Indeed many things have changed since then and many things have gotten so much better.
