Wrong accessories shiped with package

I recently ordered the McKee's 37 Wheel Special, which was supposed to come with 3 Flex Foam Finger Pockets. Instead I receive 2 Tire Dressing Applicator Pads. While the Tire Dressing Applicators are very nice, they do not help me apply the Wheel Glaze to my wheels. I email customer service and heard nothing back. Is this something that someone on this forum can help with?
