XCE release date?

Does anyone have a solid release date for the XCE?

The XCE is an updated version of the 3401. It will look just like the newly released XFE.

Deos it orbit clockwise.flex never had a issue as far as power.I just can't get use to the 3401.If so I will be on it for large projects.
