XMT 360 pad choice

Just to let you know I used the 360 with a LC White Polishing pad over the weekend, topped it with Werkstatt's Acrylic Jett Trigger...Got great results, better than the last time when I used a Orange Light Cutting pad....Only thing that stinks is that I did it yesterday, had the car in the garage all day, and today on the way to work got hit with a damn rainstorm....Only drove maybe 5 miles in the rain but all that work and cant even admire it or show it off....
 
well the beauty of doing a nice seal on a car is when a rain storm does hit you can just quick detail spray her down this afternoon and she will look good as new!
 
im a little hesitant to just take some QD on a Black car after driving in the rain...Any opinions?
