So i have been reading up on this new AIO product and have decided to include it in my next order shortly but had one question. Can we add a glaze on top of the 360, or does it work like all other sealants and prove to be a negative combination? I just love the Finishing glaze and i was wondering if i could use it in conjunction with the 360.

Thanks

This is exactly what I was hoping to learn for this coming weekend. Thought that I would use XMT 360; XMT Glaze w/Carnauba; Sig Series II but didn't know if it would work.

I have been wondering the same thing with Poli-Seal and RMG, then followed up with SS II. I'm thinking the glaze would have a bonding issue with the sealant, but I could be wrong.

Yup thats what i was thinking...although deep inside i'm really hoping there would be no problem. Maybe someone who has tried this can chime in.

Well arent glazes meant to have a little correction and cleaning? Im not sure Id put that on top of a sealant.

The 360 is really some top notch stuff, I'll be ordering more soon. I have only topped it with Aqua Wax or Optimum wax and the look was superb. This was done immediately after removing the 360. Were I to use a glaze I would put it beneath the 360 but try it and let us know.

If I remember correctly, in one of my first posts, I asked kind of the same question. I believe the answer was 'either, or'. Either the sealant, or the glaze, but not both. The glaze would give a little glossier finish and would look better topped w/ a wax.

I could be wrong...and someone please do correct me if I am. Always learning...

360 is quite glossy on its own, and a great product. I have been told it was designed to work within the XMT line meaning using should be able to glaze and wax over as wanted.

Really!?!?!? Now this would make me real happy and make me order two bottles instead of one.lol

XMT Glaze has cleaners though....pry remove whatever light layer 360 left. Danase has a version of CG's EZ-Creme Glaze w/o the cleaners that would work over it. Meg's #7 would as well but #7 is a pain in the ass and won't last a fraction as long as Danase.

I've used Danase's Wet Glaze over XMT360 and it worked fine. DWG does not contain cleaners and is sealant and carnauba compatible. I believe both CG's EZ Glaze and XMT Glaze contain mild cleaners.
