XMT Glaze + CCS Pads

Just a short question; Which CCS pad is best with XMT Glaze...White Blue or the Gray? I've read different threads saying to use blue or white... Please help. I'm working on an 07 Buick with a champaign metal flake. I'm going to top with Pinnacle Signature Series II. Hope it works out.

I've read the white pad. But wait until someone with more experience answers you. With a 2007 car it shouldn't need anything to abraisve.

I got the XMT Intermediate Swirl Remover package and the directions on the AG page say to use the grey pad. I'm sure anything softer would be fine too. If you're not doing any correction, seems to me like you should use a grey or softer pad.

Gray Finishing Foam 6.5" - Composition is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer swirls. It has no cut and will apply thin, even coats of waxes, sealants, and glazes.

Blue Finessing Foam 6.5” – Flat pad has soft composition for applying glaze, finishing polish, sealants, and liquid waxes. Flat pad provides full contact with paint surface to minimize the pressure applied by the user.

The red pad would probably be too soft though I would say?

I would use the Gray, but honestly it wouldnt really make that much of a difference

Blue or gray, the same thing. I have used both with XMT glaze, no difference.

Thanks everyone, I found the info sheet on AG for the CCS Pads, went ahead with the Blue pad. Turned out real nice.
