So today I was cleaning and prepping for my next detail jobs. I was refilling all my bottles when I came across this. I started to pout the XMT Polishing Pad Conditioner into a bottle and to my surprise

This bottle was tightly sealed and less than a year old. It didn't smell very good either. I have not talked to AUTOGEEK about this yet. I was more curious on showing all of you! lol

Could it have froze? I have some thats older than that and still is perfect. :dunno:

Call AG, Ive had a product go bad and they stand by them 100%

My pad conditioner is blue, is your yellow? Ive noticed mine is more of a gray then blue and has some junk floating until I shake it up.

LOL looks like a dirty tadpole tank.

Thought the XMT conditioner liquid itself was blue? Yours is a nice mellow yellow.

All my products are stored inside the house. There is ZERO chance it could have froze. They are all kept together in cabinets.
Here are a couple more pictures

Did you taste it? Looks like it could be some good olive oil dressing for salads/marinate for steaks:)

This is it all settled. If you want to save it fill your boots. I am a qualified hazardous materials specialist and I was tempted on suiting up when I saw this! I don't know if its hold or what, but its nasty.

Wonder if it still works alright if I strain out the chunks? lol

That's not pretty!

Give me a call today. :props:

Try and get a culture of the thing done, if its living!

If its foul smelling, then its probably a living organism

The gestation period is complete!! The alien has been born. it's alive!!!

I talked to Nick at AUTOGEEK and we learned that I purchased this product several years ago. I said I was fine with what happened and there was nothing to worry about. You guys know as well as I know that doesn't stand with AUTOGEEK and Nick took care of it. So in saying that, I have to thank Nick and AUTOGEEK once again for there amazing customer service. This once again proves why I, as a Canadian from Vancouver buys stuff from Florida when I can walk down the street to a local retailer. Thank you very much, it truly wasn't necessary!

Man, I really have to use up some of my stuff before I have a genetics lab in my workshop.

Once again, Autogeek goes the extra mile so resolve an issue. And it wasn't really their issue to deal with, being this was old product. Gotta love these guys!
