Hey Agians!
Wanted to share with fellow AG brothers and sisters how year three is panning out. For those that have read past threads, you know that I utilize our high end clients that started their companies from scratch as mentors. As well, you may know that year three is supposively the golden year of getting ahead. I am starting to feel this way! In a three hour period this morning, I booked 4 boats, 4 autos, 1 aircraft, 1 bus, and even a horse trailer! This topped off with our regular clients is overwhelming and we are feeling very blessed! Also, we now employ 7 and hope to add 2 more to the batch by the start of June :buffing:. This is an awesome start to the year and I can't wait to see where we end up by summer
. I may sound like a broken record, BUT some key points I stress to get this amount of growth this quick is :
1) QUALITY - Obvious I hope!
2) Let word of mouth spread - it does take time, but it is worth it if you can keep producing satisfied clients day in and day out.
3) Professional - staying professional is definitely important
4) Long hours with little and sometimes no pay! - While some of my clients thought I was well off and living in a huge home because of how busy we are, it isn't even close to true! I pushed through poverty to build this company to where it is and am now able to finally take a decent paycheck. Being an entrepreneur is extremely tough - but I feel will pay off 10 fold in the future years to come.
5) Use your clients as mentors! They received those toys that we detail through hardwork and have most likely seen rough years before their success. Without annoying them, ask them a question or 2 each time you go out - it will create tons of useful knowledge!
6) Utilize AG! All the knowledge you need is here. Mike and many members are absolutely awesome and are willing to share you the tricks of the trade..... you can't beat that :dblthumb2:
Well guys, Im in a super positive mood about this week and wanted to once again share for those that have started or want to start a detailing company. Dedication and quality work is what it takes, and hopefully I look back on this post in a year or 2 and laugh.... basically like I look at the posts from a year or 2 ago by myself and laugh today (I wish I knew then what I know now lol).
