I'm looking for the yellow and orange pads that come with the Diamondite Clear Plastic System Kit but I can't find them. Are they sold separately? I sure hope so. I did my friend's headlights today and his lights have a little tip that protrudes and it ripped my yellow foam apart. I don't need the whole kit.........I'd just like to get two of those yellow pads and one orange one. Are they on the site and am I just missing them or are they not sold separately? I hope someone on the Autogeek staff sees this post and can help me out. Thanks.

I placed an order this weekend and if possible I'd like to have these pads added to my already existing order.

I found flat 4" orange pads..........but yellow's still nowhere to be found.

Yeah, the 4" low pro orange pads. If you just want a heavy cut pad, why not try the 4" PFW? I personally prefer a wool over a yellow pad. :)

What's a PFW? My preference would be to just stick with what comes with the kit.

this is PFW, haven't tried it yet, but i will. - Foamed Wool 4 inch Buffing & Polishing Pad, wool polishing pad, foam wool pad, foam polishing pad, buffing pad, purple wool pad, lake country

I guess we better wait for the mods and the guys to chime in on this one. I only know of LC orange flats and CCS, and the cyclo pads. Cyclo 4 Inch Premium Foam Pads fit on each head of your Cyclo Dual Head Orbital Polisher

Yeah, that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to keep bumping this thread to the top so that someone at AG will catch it. I probably should have titled this in such a way to draw their attention. I may create another thread that does that and just link this one to it.

If you want to add to your order I would recommend shooting them an email explaining your situation. The people over at AGO are VERY helpful and accommodating.

The best way to handle issue with an Internet order is to call. Especially since it is a Holiday weekend. They were probably closed Saturday, Sunday, and possibly Monday. I do remember reading they were going to do same packing of packages on Monday, but not sure if that means customer service will be around.

I don't know why with the Internet age people are afraid to call and deal with issues. They would rather post threads, do PM's and email. I used to do customer service with an e-commerce site and we did they best we could with the stuff other then phones, but phones were the priority.

Send an email to Penny or Dwayne, and even try calling on Monday, but more then likely it will be dealt with when everyone comes back on Tuesday.

I'm not afraid to call and deal with issues, I'm just not expecting them to be there on Monday and I know I'm going to be sleeping in on Tuesday and I want to get their attention so I can get a replacement pad ASAP.

Just give them a call .I'm quite sure someone there will accomodate you.
