Yellow road paint, HELP!

You could always compound it out.

I don't think it would do much, that stuff is hard. Normally it's in thick blobs and spots. Maybe a wool pad on a rotary would knock it off, but road paint usually has tiny little glass balls in it to help make it reflective.
 
There is a product specially made for this but since we aren't allowed to talk about products not sold on here I won't PM me.
