As some of you know, I picked up a 2013 Mustang GT. Before I signed the contract, I told them I would only buy it if they allowed me to return the car within 3 days, no questions asked. They agreed. Why I did this(I obviously didn't tell them) is because I wasn't quite sold on the nose and hood styling of the '13 GT's. With the option to return the car, I wanted to take it home and really be able to think about it. Well, after looking at it for a couple days, I just didn't feel it. Before I bought the Mustang, I was considering a Camaro SS. I should have bought that in the first place. I've always thought it looked better, but I was swayed by the dynamic performance of the 5.0. In the end, I'm choosing looks over performance. :hungry:

+1 to the camaro too. I really like the mustangs too, but if I had the option of the two, camaro.

I tried out a stang before trying out my camaro. The stang did nothing for me. Just say'in...Chevy runs deep.

Mustang , Camaro and Challenger are all sweet imo. I obviously opted for the Challenger

as I am a big fan of the 70's Mopar look.

Wow I can't believe a dealership let someone do that. I like the look of the '13; I'm mesmerized by the leds. That gotta-have-it green is cool. I'd still prefer a white Camaro convertible...

Mark, those of us that know you, dont THINK you are nuts, we KNOW you are! Go with your heart!

Awesome buddy!!!!!!! The camaro is one super hot sport! One of my favorite lookers, definitely over the mustang which needs to modernize the look imo

keeping the mods busy with changing your name huh?! lol

did u ever post pictures of the 5.0?

i say go with the SS. too many mustangs out there imo

SS? Are you sure? If you go with the ZL1 you can have the looks AND performance.

Good choice...I have a 2012 SS 45th Anniversary Edition Convertible. The look of the car is very awesome.

lol, yeah.

I never did post pictures, I didn't want to until I was sure I was gonna keep it. Probably shoulda done that with the name change, too. I do have a couple quick pics I took, but that would be a moot point.

LMAO Mark!!! I think everyone has tuned into the mark show now LOL!!! What's the forum name gonna be now? Let's play guess that forum name LOL!!! Definitely get what makes you happy man!

:bash:
i told you the new camaro looks better than the mustang .
I don't think you will be satisfied until you get something thats at the same level as your C6Z was .
It doesn't have to be a vette , but something at that performance level .

Mark, you new screen name should be SWITCH-A-ROO.

Now, as far as your choice in cars, well, its your ride, that's all that matters and I grew up in a GM house but never got into the whole Mustang/Camaro/Firebird thing at all, I liked the Grand Nationals but in HS and right out of HS those cars were a dream but in 95' I bought a used 87' GN and realized my dream, I didn't hesitate one bit, so always go with your heart in these matters.

Now IMO, the Camaro is too bloated and big, I know all the current muscle cars are waaaaay larger than their older brothers, but IMO the Stang is the most sleek and the restyle even more so, even if the proportions are similar to the 2005-09's. Even the Challenger, with its four wheel drive-esqu' wheelwell gap, is better lookin' IMO. If its true what they say about the next Camaro being smaller, I'll be interested in seeing how that turns out for sure.

Enjoy the ride Mark, I'm sure the Camaro is well built car, its a GM afterall!

I like both the Camaro and Mustang. However, I have always leaned more towards the Camaro.

I love my 2010 2SS. It has the 400hp L99. Lower than the Mustang and LS3 Camaro. However, I never drive the car at its full potential.

I also considered how/ where I drive.
