You California and Florida guys...pay attention

Not sure what wax you use but boy it's chalking up bad....

Thanks for your review, gave me the confidence to tackle my snow salt, winter ridden car lol. I tried it this afternoon and it worked great.

I didn't have any sun to look at my results but looked good under the halogens.

That's a new paint sealant from Miracle Whip. It's called Vanilla Shake.

ROFL

... can be applied via refrigerated (or ambient temp up here) foam can and it is the cure for road rash, bug splatter, rock chips, aerodynamics and fuel conservatism. This coating lasts 6 months in these Michigan winters. What Collinite? ;P

Nice job and great write-up, SilverFox!

I grew up in NE PA and attended grad school at Cornell, so I feel ya, man!

I think that some of our sub-tropic brothers fail to understand that inducing swirls is a minor concern when you can't sleep at night worrying about the salt eating away your finish. A tunnel wash is even warranted on a 32 degree day in those conditions!

That's what Spring Break is for... a three step polish.

Silverfox, thanks for taking the time to write this up. A little clarification please. Was the Camaro in the same condition as your wifes vehicle?

Nice write up and interesting technique. I liked the blow dry method.

Living in California, I have a question. What's the white stuff on the ground? :)
