You are leaving the office, see a dirty black Benz and think to yourself "man, those wheels could look SO much better. I bet that guy/girl would be blown away" then you imagine all the different products you might like to use on the car... Haha.

Yep those are the good ones the ones that have never been rotated and are just black on the front.
 
LMAO good one phens82.You are so correct. That being said, I have a person that parks near my store and he has a 2014 Black Lamborghini Aventador paid about $400K. He pays a mobile service to wash his car in the sun and 1-bucket wash. The 3 guys have NO CLUE in washing cars. I am just waiting to see all the swirls in his car and go OUCH! Some people will never see the light!

You are correct though, many times I just cringe when I see them destroying his ride.
 
You know you're obsessed when:

While driving your vehicle, you spot the same model and you judge whether or not yours looks better/cleaner/shinier.

Guys I know what you're talking about. Watching a new show on Velocity and they were working on a $200,000 Audi. When the lights hit it I wanted to buff it out so bad. They ended up sanding it but I wanted to buff it out anyway. Now that's Obsessed!
 
You know you're obsessed when.....you apply condiments in cross hatch pattern!!! :buffing:

Anytime i walk past a car that's hammered with swirls, apparently my reaction is obvious... my wife has started telling me"you're making that face again, you kind of want to clean that guys car, don't you ?"
 
You know your obsessed when:
While you're looking at a car, Unprompted, you're wife says to you, "before you ask, yes your car looks shinier than that one."
 
I keep looking at the faux marble counter top at work and getting distracted by the swirls. :(
 
When you'll wash-wax your car in a thunderstorm. That's me.
 
When you go on a trip to the Tail of the Dragon and you take your 2 five gallon buckets, a 2 gallon hand pump and enough rinseless wash to do the car every day your there, actually a little more because your buddy's car will probably need it done too, LOL!

You have rinseless wash, waterless wash, APC, detail spray, Sonax Full Effect, leather cleaner, interior cleaner, carpet cleaner, leather conditioner, and an assortment of microfibers in your trunk just in case.

Sure, one bucket goes in the back seat behind me, the other bucket behind the passenger seat and the sprayer goes in the boot, along with my crate from Target which holds all my detailing products that I carry "just incase". My travel bag that holds my clothes for the extended weekend goes ontop of the buckets or infront of the buckets.
