Hello everyone! I'm Chris! Born and raised in Frisco TX, I'm 17yrs old and trying to get big into the detailing business. I right now own an Infiniti G35 Coupe in Gloss black, with Enkei LM 1/5 rims on it.

I bought this car myself through work and other various things (so my parents didn't spoil me and just give me a nice sports car) I worked hard for this. Very hard. But anyways, I thought detailing would be something that fits perfect for me, working hard, and making progress. And as it turns out, it is very fun, and I enjoy every minute doing it!

Right now at the moment, I have a good amount of detailing supplies but I look into expanding my collection.

I've started out with buying a good reviewed rotary buffer as a starter, Porter Cable 7424xp, and bought a beginning detailing kit from Mothers (tire, rim, polish, wax, buffer polish and wax, glaze, clay). I believe every penny I put into this kit was well worth it.

I can't wait to start up a good small detailing business for my friends, family, neighbors, then eventually expand and start doing detailing to various people around the area!

I'm also glad to have found a friendly forum so that I can always get help when I need it.

Thanks for reading this!
Chris

Welcome to AGO! Good luck with your business, there is a ton of good information around here.

:welcome: To Autogeek Online Chris!

A gorgeous ride to say the least and if done correctly starting at your age you can have yourself quite a booming business by the time you're in your early 20's!

Mothers make some great products and you've got a nice collection started.

Detailing family and friends cars and trucks is where many get their experience and choose to do this full time.

Good luck with your business!! :props:
