your fav. bug removal product

I wasnt really impressed with bug wash myself. But we have horrible bugs here too.

Don't have a huge bug problem here, but when I get plastered with them driving past rice fields or something I use this Safe Scrub Bug & Tar Pad in my wash water after a pre-soak with ONR QD ratio.

I've used the pinnacle bug and tar pad. You gotta be careful with it though. I now soak mine in hot water first to soften it up. There were a few times I was impatient and soaked it cold water. Still a little hard. It marred the paint. So it is not totally safe. I prefer to use opc.

For fresh ones, Ultima Waterless Wash does a nice job. For dried ones, I have used PB's Bug Squash and Duragloss Bug Remover with decent results.

I like PB Bug Squash diluted.Properly diluted, it will not strip wax like APC's

I use it to pre-soak bird bombs, sap and these tannish brown spots I get on my paint at work.

Bug squash works very well -just did 250 miles in central Florida and came home with a front end full. Scrubbing them off abrades the surface long term so I tried this:
1. spray on - wait 5 min and wash off - comes super clean with no scrubbing. I'm a believer..

I agree with this. I sprayed one half of the front of my car (after 8 hours of interstate driving) with Bug squash and the other half with DP's Waterless auto wash. Let it dwell for a few minutes on each and hit it with the hose. The DP side had 90% come off with just the hose. The PB side, maybe 60-70%.

Just my experience.
