Your favorite pastes waxes

Try to pour it. It won't pour unless warmed. It's a paste wax in a bottle.

Pours perfectly fine for me - it's stayed liquid once I shook it up enough - did you shake yours? All of which is besides the point - 845 isn't marketed as a paste wax, and it comes in a bottle, not a can/jar. I know that people really like the product, but giving it as an answer to "what's your favorite paste wax" is nonsensical and doesn't really answer the question.

BobbyG posted it first. I just followed.

I know what people are getting at with 845 but mine says right there on the bottle, "heavy duty paste"...

Let's not argue about it, it's a great wax. Nuff said...

I just looked at Collinite's web site and they call it a "GEL Protectant". So I guess it's sort of in between a liquid and paste.

Insulator Wax » Collinite

My current favorite is Chemical Guys XXX wax. Smells great and easy to apply and remove. Seems to also have pretty decent durability.

Can you give me an idea of what other waxes you are comparing the durability too? It's time for me to try a new one and I am used to Collinte 915's durability.

Yes, please do. I expect more reviews :-)

Also, if you had to get a Dodo wax what would you recommend; Purple Haze Pro or something else? Need to add a Dodo to my slowly increasing collection.

This is what I'm using now. It's a very good wax for dark cars. Easy on, easy off.

I bought this wax thinking it was just a beauty wax with short durability. It certainly is much much easier with application and removal than 915. It's been on my car for only two weeks now but few waxes last more than a month in the Philippines. I've tried 915, 845, FK 1000P and Dodo Juice Supernatural Hybrid.

Agreed I would get both pro waxes I have the 250 ml supernatural pot so my purple haze pro sits most of the time.
