Your favorite spray wax?

Megs Ultimate for both. Extremely easy to use, can be found any place I travel to, and the QW has fillers to hide minor imperfections. Very reasonable pricing too.

Couldn't give any longevity as the QW gets applied after weekly or depending bi-weekly washes.

QD has always performed well on water spots, on a lazy wheel clean when not washing the car, and removing bugs and bird bombs on road trips.

Mine are 2 Blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer Spray and Duragloss Aquawax. Both are easy to put on and they leave no streaking!! They are great QD's and clean real fast and easy.

Tough call for me, I like BF Poly Spray a lot. V7 too, but I really like Pinnacle XMT 360 Spray and Pinnacle Spray Wax.

Too many to pick just one

Aquawax - sealant like shine
D156 - ease of use
Optimum car wax - durability
Sonax BSD - water beading
FK425 - super slick
UWW+ - cost and cleaning ability (I'm taking some liberty with this one as it can certainly be used as a QD even if marketed differently)

Megs ultimate for a little bit of scratch filling, but for looks pinnacle spray wax is hard to beat. For detailing, FK425.

Duragloss aquawax. Its so dang easy to apply and can be done in the hot sun. Doesn't stain trim and has a nice smell. Longevity is great too, I got a solid month out of it.

I use Megs Ultimate and D156. Both go on and remove easy and can be applied in the sun. Ultimate can be bought in a lot stores.

Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer

:iagree:

I am testing another one tomorrow and will be posting the results soon after. But BSD so far is fantastic beads like its no ones business and lasts a month or so all alone and can be applied in about 2 extra minutes if done as a drying aid.

I like to use GTechniq C2v3 Liquid Crystal after washing. It's more of a spray sealant but it's easy to apply and works well as a drying aid if you dilute it.

New fav is Prima Hydro Wax as you Dry Spray - super easy to apply, great drying aid, super slick glassy look and leaves no streaks.

Would like to try OCW someday. Have used Meg's UW and Gold Class as well as Griots and all have been hard to apply streak free on black.

DG AW is mine because it works well on your wet car, making time management a breeze and also works well on a clean, dry car. Ease of use is an understatement, shine is off the chart, smells great and is inexpensive, plus its locally available if your not placing a large order here!

I will always have AW in my collection!

Sent from my SPH-M930 using AG Online

In no particular order (what is a spray WAX these days anyway?)

Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer (a killer protectant with carnuba looks)

DuraGloss AquaWax...nuff said

Meg's D156 (Ultimate Quick Wax)...great on any paint in any environment

My non spray wax which frankly could replace every detail spray and spray wax on the market...Ultima Waterless Wash +

Has to be OPT Spray wax. Its Durable, and Biodegradable!

used to use an Adams product but switched to DG AW and have been thoroughly pleased.

Right now I use:

QD: Meguiars QD. The cheap one in the maroon bottle
QW: Meguiars Ultimate QW

I have been very happy with both products. The only similar products I've used are the Sonus Spritz and Glanz and I actually like the Meguiars products much better.

When my QW bottle runs out I'm going to try Aquawax to build up my product knowledge see how it turns out. I'm also temped to give the Prima HydroMax a try as well.

Have used Meg's UW and Gold Class as well as Griots and all have been hard to apply streak free on black.

I found the Meg's UQW streaks on my black car when I use too much product. By backing off on the amount of product I'm putting down, I've found it goes on much easier.

Chemical Guys V7, Megs Ultimate Quik Wax, Duragloss Aquawax, and Optimum Spray Wax. Still want to try Sonax BSD.
