Your recommended car wash soap?

Any chemical guy soap! Currently using mr pink. (Yummy) have a small bottle of pinnacle but the smell is repulsive. Works good just can't make myself use it. Coconut gags me.

What soap is best kinda depends on what LSP you have and how dirty your car is. There are a lot of good ones. If the car has wax and isn't too dirty, I try to stick to a milder shampoo like P21S, Dodo B2B Mild, or Vic's Super Soap.

It the car is dirty - I'll go with something like CG CW&G, Ultima, or Duragloss.

I was using Megs Gold Class for a long time, but recently started using some of CG's stuff. I been using CW&G, Mr. Pink, and am ordering CW&C in my next order to start using on clients cars I will be doing.

I am excited to try this. I bought a 32oz bottle over the holiday sales. Come on spring!

Don't get too excited, it's just a soap after all. :)

I like it a lot paired with the microfiber madness incredimitt. I'll tell anyone that that cares to listen that mitt is the bomb. First time I used it on the car, it was night and day different from the microfiber chenille dreadlock type mitt. I thought maybe it was the optimum soap I switched to at the same time, so I used a dreadlock mitt, with the optimum. While it was better, the incredimitt is what really makes the combo glide across the paint.

Haven't used that many but CG Honeydew Snow Foam for cleaning ability, Einszett Exclusiv Gloss for maintenance washes.

Lusso Auto Bath and Ammo Foam are the 2 best I've used. Both are gentle but effective

Same here. It's lubricity is fantastic and the concentration is insane compared to all the other "off the shelf" products I've tried. Tremendous amount of suds whether hot or luke-warm water is used. And, it rinses clean, thoroughly.

If you think gold class is good you really need to try some others. It's not bad for OTC but there are many other soaps that are far superior.

I like Megs Gold Class shampoo. Great smell, good lubricity, and best of all no wax additives! My car always come out with a deep shine and smooth feel.

I have done a search of the forums, but haven't really found a clear answer. Until now, I have been buying soap in bulk from a local supplier. It's supplier branded, nothing fancy. Seems to work well enough, but I am wondering if my money might be better spent elsewhere. I am located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The cars I deal with this time of year are DIRTY. Covered in road grime, calcium, salt, etc. Any recommendations? Thanks!

For the cars you are describing, Auto Finesse Citrus Power and P21S Total Auto Wash are both outstanding.

Meguiar's gold class is what i mainly use, always seems to do a great job.
