Zaino "nubbys"?

Didn't mean to stir up a hornet's nest with my inquiry. I'm very active on many forums. I join them to get information about how to do things (DIY), not to promote products, or anything of the sort. Since I've happily been using Zaino stuff for all these years, but was now having a problem, I figured I could ask on some of the detailing forums...that was it.

You guys have given me what I need to know/do, and I'm most appreciative.

Just because someone is less trusting than most, or if someone wants to hear feedback multiple times from different sources, does NOT make that person wrong or insensitive.... just high maintenance.
