Having used both products very often, and trying every issue of Zaino (currently using Z5Pro) there a couple of items I can share. First both products are completely different in every way, shape and form and anyone telling you otherwise is likely a shill.
Z -- the absolute longest lasting sythetic paint sealant made. Cumbersome with its catalyst requirement. The sterile look of the original is long gone with the Pro line (z2, Z5). The product looks great. Very easy to use but needs layers and additional product (Z8) to truly provide the gloss level most carnuaba users would consider acceptable. The filling ability is not a strong point in either product, so using ZFX is best for light polishing. A great line that is consistently being improved.
Pinnacle --- a carnauba based product line that offers some of the best looks out of a bottle. Increases depth, beauty, and wetness. It is not durable and needs Crystal Mist or reapplication every 3-4 weeks. It must be used after paint cleaner and/or paint polishes as it has no cleaning power. No layering needed, nor additives for gloss and curing. Super easy to use and unique in the WOWO method where wax is removed damp versus dry.
I truly dont understand why people would like to compare them, other than being the best of the best. They truly are very different and can be used in different situations by the same user. Personally, I would love to see them sitting and offered side by side at AG.
