Zymol Concours, by Hand?

I don't usually have problems with HD just work a small area with a foam applicator srayed with pad conditioner, the easiest one i've found to use is the Swissvax goes on & off like a dream.

knowing the Zymol and Swissol were involved in legal tangles from product infringement amongst other issues, are we sure the two products are different ?? I have used Swissol (now Swissvax) waxes before but neglected any paint cleaners. Please tell ....
 
HD looks and smells like liquid chocolate, it also adds some form of a glaze when you use it to add wettness and it can be hard to use, Swissvax is white with a chemical smell and is more of a cleaner also in my experience can be worked into the whole car then buffed straight off, just like a wax.
Both claim there cleaner help bond with the wax, but i've not had any problems mixing and matching.
As for the legal issues i've heard on another forum it's been sorted.
