Has any here had experience with these products? I've always wanted to try them but don't want to leave with a somewhat empty feeling. I mean 167$ for an 8oz jar is a little high.... but so tempting.... but is it worth it? (I'm on the eshine website debating whether or not to submit my order...)

Thoughts?

(Oh and I just made a really significant dent in my wallet today on AutoGeek, thanks in advance, going to have to borrow a friends truck to pick it all up!! I look forward to trying all my new stuff!! <3 from Calgary!)

Hearing some good things about Zmol, but I'm a Swissvax kind of guy.

Not to hijack my own thread... but why are you a swissvax guy? I have most of their products and find most of them below par. I gave up with them after I tried their tire spray. Have to pump the bottle 100 times and the result is terrible lol. But I do like their wheel wax and leather brushes! So it's not all bad...

I find the two rather similar truthfully ... if trying Zymol you need to get to Ital (new version) or Concours before anything that stands out. Not enough to justify pricing over Wolfgang IMO and not as easy to apply/remove also.

I was speaking strickly waxes. Although I'm trying Vintage this weekend.

What is this Ital you speak of? Where can I find that?

Ohh I get ya!

How did the Vintage go?!? I really wish someone had some up here but I'm pretty sure no one does. So if I'm ever going to get to try it, I'll be buying it to do so...

I just received my Zymols today in the mail (yes I cracked and bought a couple). Looking forward to trying the line. If AG sold them I'd do a review thread. In the same parcel I ordered the P21S combo, paint cleaner and concours wax, so I may do a comparison if I can find someone with a black car to lend :)

Vintage does have a nice look to it. I am probaly one of the few on here that has it. The concours is a great wax also. The Zymol paint cleaner is a paint work with, do not let it sit or it will take forever to remove. The best method is to wipe it on and immediately follow up with a mf to wipe it off while it is still wet.

Do you honestly think the price tag is worth it? Even with the lifetime refills? And when do you use it?

Nope, properly prepped paint is what the vehicle is really going to look like. Your LSP is just protection. The reason some like it, myself included and this goes for my Swissvax is that it makes washing the car so much easier. What I mean by this is that the wash mit/sponge just glides over the paint and whatever is on the paint just comes off that much easier. The water just falls off the paint.

Sorry haven't used it yet cause I have 3 coats of Concorso less than 3 weeks old. I might do a 50/50 on the hood. They say the sheething is awesome. If Asphalt Rocket says its good then it must be good. He doesn't hype any product.

So you don't think it's worth it? Or you like it and you do think it's worth it? Me confused! haha

It's nice but it is not worth the price. You can buy so many nice waxes for a lot cheaper like Concours that you got.

Ya that's kind of what I was thinking. Maybe someday if there is a market for the "uber enthusiast" who's willing to pay a couple grand for a detail I'll look at it a bit more.

If they find out you are a detailer, then no more free refills, I hear. You have to pay a detailer's fee if you are, in order to use thje product.
