Hey Everyone,
I thought that I would post some photos of my test spot after using Meguiar's DA Microfiber Correction System.

On Sunday, we had a nice day here in MA. I decided to wash my car and try out this system that had recently come in.

I have the old Porter Cable 7424 and the 5" Microfiber System. I followed the video directions and it could not have been easier to remove the swirls you see in my photos.

I just have to say that I only used the Correction Compound and the Cutting Disc to get these results.

My car is a daily driver and I have all of the Menzerna polishes and I love them, but if I want to do fast correction and not spend a day or days detailing this is just an awesome way to get things done.

This system would be perfect for doing friend/family daily drivers to get great results.

I would like to do the entire car with the Correction Compound, and then follow up with Menzerna 85rd to jewel the paint up, then top it with a sealant or wax.

Thanks for looking,
Don

Nice job Don,

really turned out nice...the red looks great:xyxthumbs: So did you just do correction and thats it or did you follow up with a wax?

Thank you. Just a quick test spot. Just the compound, no finishing wax. I need to put something on it. I was just itching to try the system out after I got it. Since that day we have had yucky weather.

Don

I might just do a spray wax on it.

Thanks for taking the time to share the photos and give the feedback, I can't wait to try this system out.

I cannot wait to get to do the whole car. I really do think that this is perfect for the cars that do not need show car results. It is quick, easy, and gives a great result considering the amount of time to achieve what I did in a couple of minutes.

Friends and family cars will never look the same, and will require a heck of a lot less time to work on. That is the killer part. Of course, I will post more photos when I have time to invest more time in finishing it. I just wanted to see what a test spot would do.

Don

Nice! I have to say that is an awesome 50\50 pic!

Yepper, I'm lovin' this stuff too!
Easy to work with easy to clean.
