I officially have my maintenance program up. How does it look on my webpage?
Status Club Maintenance Program
As so of you know, I'm home shop based, but am going to start going mobile on fridays. This will strictly be Rinsless wash and wax and interior touch up.
I'm going to use my personal vehicle for the next few months until I know it's going to take off, and in the late Spring I want to buy a small hatchback...maybe a fiesta or focus or sonic.
Having a small vehicle shouldn't be a problem with maintenance work and it will get stupid good gas mileage.
Eventually I may turn the maintenance thing into 2 days and at that point I will probably hire someone to run that part of the business and expand it into more days of the week.
I'm thinking at the prices I'm at, I can have some nice $300-$400 Fridays if I can find 8-10 clients plus. . .not a killing but it will be a nice change in pace from working in the shop all day.
And let's face it, that's super easy work for the money if I can get it going. It beats a paint correction any day!
What do you guys think? Please let me know if I doing something critically wrong. I'm new to the maintenance thing.
