I officially have my maintenance program up. How does it look on my webpage?

Status Club Maintenance Program

As so of you know, I'm home shop based, but am going to start going mobile on fridays. This will strictly be Rinsless wash and wax and interior touch up.

I'm going to use my personal vehicle for the next few months until I know it's going to take off, and in the late Spring I want to buy a small hatchback...maybe a fiesta or focus or sonic.

Having a small vehicle shouldn't be a problem with maintenance work and it will get stupid good gas mileage.

Eventually I may turn the maintenance thing into 2 days and at that point I will probably hire someone to run that part of the business and expand it into more days of the week.

I'm thinking at the prices I'm at, I can have some nice $300-$400 Fridays if I can find 8-10 clients plus. . .not a killing but it will be a nice change in pace from working in the shop all day.

And let's face it, that's super easy work for the money if I can get it going. It beats a paint correction any day!

What do you guys think? Please let me know if I doing something critically wrong. I'm new to the maintenance thing.

I love the idea of the Status club! Seems like a great maintenance program. The web page looks good, I would make the "Deluxe" a link to your services page so that people can simply click on it right then and there to see what they need.

Also, does anyone know the "correct" spelling of rinseless washes? I've always added an E after the S, but have noticed that others don't? Sorry I just noticed this and am curious..

One more thing, what about months with 5 Fridays? Will they get 5 details for the same price as months with only 4 Fridays?

8-10 RW's with a light interior...wheels...driving time/distance...gonna be a long day.

Knock 'em out the box hand!

looks good on the site. Only con I think you might encounter is if your customers are not available only on Fridays.

Your prices are way to low if you're only doing 1 car. You will spend the majority of your day driving all over town not making money

I have to charge $100 for a wash just to make it worth my time. Even then I lose money

The page looks good! I agree with Carolina Shine that you should make the "Deluxe" a hot link back to your services page.

Your site is awesome as well as your work! I agree with the few above. In the "Deluxe" section add a link to the Status Club. Like "Click Here to read how to join the Status Club" something like that.

I've just started doing this stuff for money so I am really new at this. Your Status Club idea is GREAT! I've told each person that I have done work for that if they come back in "X" amount of time it will cost "X" amount of dollars to continue the "protection to maintain the perfection."

Thanks dude, I made a link to my service page when you click "deluxe."

I haven't decided what to do about 5 friday months. I'll ask my brother. He runs a commercial cleaning business, and i remember him mentioning that issue with offices that his business cleans regularly.

If you do this full time you need to offer mobile everyday

I don't understand.

I run a full time shop. This mobile thing is just something I'm going to do for some of my best clients on Fridays...If they can't do fridays, well sorry. It's the best I can offer right now, without expanding and hiring somebody. . .and I'm not going to hire somebody until I'm sure this will work. When I'm sure, and I hire somebody, I'll expand into the rest of the week.

Yeah...that sucks, I'll just have to explain to them that for now I'm only offering the service on Friday, but will eventually expand into other days.

BTW, the reason I chose Friday is because I found a few good surveys that claimed that Friday and Saturday are the most popular days for people to run through the car wash

I'm going to do my best to make this a 20 minute in and out touch up. It's also the reason, I'm wanting to get a very small hatchback (very good gas mileage). I have a couple clients in mind who have multiple cars, one is a collector.
