Looking good! Im the MAN

Satin white body, satin black roof, satin black refinished stock wheels.

Nifty. :)

Are wraps chip resistant? I'd love to do something like this to my car, but the only affordable option is Plasti Dip. Wouldn't mind having an almost maintenance-free finish on my car.

Hi Mark...

Looks like you found the right shop for the task...
That's the only way to have it done, my Friend!! :props:

Hi Bob,

Took a little research. I was uneasy with a few shops I looked into, but this shop gave me full confidence.

Looking good Mark!

can't wait to see the afters.

Looks like it might be time to change your signature line ....

This should look awesome with those color combos!

At that price are they also doing in the door jams at all? I've seen prices for wraps all across the board from just shy of $1k to $4k and it really seems shop and state dependent as to what you pay and what you get for what amount.

I had little faith in how good a wrap could look from some I've seen then I saw this thread on an amazingly pro wrapped mini cooper with even the door edges and door jams done that had me thinking about wrapping my car at some point...

They can do the door jambs, but I'm going to do that at a later time.

1) how long is the overall process?
2) what are you driving in the mean time? do they provide you a loaner car?
3) say you want to remove it, do you just peel it off or do you need to go to a professional?
4) lastly, for $2700, couldn't you have just repainted it for permanence? (I don't know the cost of repainting a corvette, but I had my acura repainted for $2000)

FYI, the wrap will be maintained with CG matte shampoo weekly, followed by CG matte spray sealant.

It's taking them 5 business days, but it would have been shorter if I didn't have the wheels re-finished.
I rented a car.
I don't think you have to go to a pro to remove it.
I wanted to completely avoid re-painting, that's why I went with a wrap. My car only has 6K miles, and if I re-painted it, resale value would take a HUGE hit!
