Phoenix Detail - 2013 FR-S JACKED - Correction & CQuartz Finest

Such a boss! You two are the detailing duo! Awesome write up. Thanks for sharing Wills.

Like a boss for sure baby! That little Rupes really was fun to use and made pretty quick work of the bumpers, cant wait to upgrade the compressor and really run it hard :)

Thanks for checking the write up out :) Appreciate it as always.

Looks awesome as always!

Amazing write up as always. Fantastic save.

Thanks so much guys, was a fun detail and apparently really stood out at the show :)

That car came out great, love that the owner wrapped or had the tails painted, really stands out! Love the wheel style also!!

I THINK he used plasti-dip smoke on the rear lights. I noticed it too when washing...it was a rough texture...i was like wellllll we wont be polishing that lol

Amazing transformation!

Great work guys as usual.

Great documentation and even better work!

Thanks so much. I try to keep the documentation as on point as possible. Might have to start doing a few more videos too, those are always fun :)

Looks fantastic!! Absolutely no short cuts...and it shows! Great shots too.

Richy whats up man, long time no talk! Good to hear from you...thanks for the compliments. I'm really loving the Finest :)

Wow. Love the wheels. Love the car. Love the finish. Love the write up lol. Awesome job!

I love that you love it :dblthumb2: Thank you.

Another awesome correction guys. These car's seem to look trashed whenever I see them out and about in the valley (is it a Toyota/Subaru paint thing?)

It's sad to see not only for how new these cars are, but because there is simply SOO much flake in their paint that can be shown off when people (such as yourselves) bring them back better than factory.

They have fairly soft paint so im sure that has something to do with it. That and the dealerships slaughter them rather quickly with their washes lol. Theres at least a few running around out there now that we've corrected and are looking good :)

Nice write-up of the work, looks fantastic. That fr-s is one mean looking car, good work. :)

The entire car looks amazing but man the wheels are so clean and yes glossy, the barrels came out nicely, that's what I look for, if the barrels got that much attention I know the rest of the car did and some:)
Great team work!

What foam gun you are using and what soap?

MTM Hydro foam gun (same as what AG and everyone else sells but for 1/2 the price) with Dawn i believe in this case since it was a prep wash. for maintenance washes we will use Honey Dew snow foam or Optimum Car Soap usually.

Nicely done guys!

Thank you!

It does have a nice snarl to it doesn't it? I like them quite a bit, though its hard for my tall self to fit down into one lol

Great team work!

Thats a smart analogy. If the crappiest part comes out great than the easier stuff is bound to come out nicely :). I appreciate that you take note in the small stuff. Kinda like this SEMA Challenger we did, spent DAYS on the paint, and maybe 45 minutes on the tips....but the owner said that at SEMA he got tons of compliments on the tips, even though the car was lowered and they were barely visible! Crazy, but it makes a difference.

Very nice job bringing that paint back from the dumps. You are so meticulous with your details, and documenting the whole process. I wish I had the patience, to stop and photograph throughout the entire process.

Keep on, keeping on.

Thank you so much. You're right, it does tie up a ton of time to do all those damn pictures lol - but its worth it in the end i think :props:
