Maybe it's just me, but the 4 panel pics should have the "after" in the lower right hand corner. Makes more sense.
I agree with ditching the circular flow.
I see what you/she was going for, but for the average Joe I don't think it lends itself to easily digesting what you are displaying.
If you have to have arrows...you don't want to give your clients instructions on how to understand what you are trying to get across. It should be very simple and easy for a potential customer to understand what you are offering; don't make them do work to figure it out.

Nice work, I like just the before and after picture. Instead of 4 pictures from each process. But what did you use on the the glass water spots?
