Are there any fillers in either or both of these products?
Feed back please. :buffing:

I'll paraphrase what I've often heard said about this subject matter, as it pertains to AIOs and LSPs (perhaps it was Mike Phillips):

'If it doesn't take away something...
It must be adding something'.

You are ABSOLUTELY correct...just got my second coat of KSG
last week. That second coat was like night and day! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Now, go above n beyond with 3 coats and a carnauba wax on top!

Any trick for the sg? Can you remove with onr? I have both but I dread the sg because its a pain to remove

KSG is very easy to work with when you know the tips and tricks but yes, you can use rinseless to remove stubborn KSG....BUT if you follow these tips and tricks you'll LOVE KSG:

-get a bowl of water
-get yourself a small spray bottle, say 4 oz or so
-square mf applicator pad
-the KSG, ofcoarse

Take the square mf applicator and dunk it into the bowl of waterN wring out so its NOT dripping but rather just damp. Pour the KSG into the small spray bottle. Grab the damp mf applicator and spray 1-2 sprays onto the pad and work into the section your working on, work it in left to right, up and down, don't be afraid. Then, REMOVE RIGHT AWAY, no need for it to set up, its acrylic afterall. It should be VERY easy to remove with a couple wipes and flips of your mf removal towel. Then repeat so on and so fourth.

Once done the car should look awesome but to get an even better look apply the 2nd coat 12 hrs later. If you drive the car after the 1st coat a simple QD wipedown should be fine or you could do a wash of your choice and then apply the 2nd coat. Not sure why but that 2nd coat really pops, time and time again I'm always blown away with the 2nd coat. Wanna add more after that because of how easy KSG is to apply and remove, GO FOR IT!

Oh yeah, one more thing, keep the applicator damp by dunking and wringing out every other section or so, doesn't hurt, you'll know when to do this after a couple sections. Lastly, DO NOT USE ON GLASS! Its a PITA to remove no matter what techique, use KAIO on glass for a nice coat of protection.

Hope this helps you and anyone else out, Klasse is an awesome product!

I don't agree with the qd wipe down after u drive it if u drive it after the first application of SG. U need to have the car clean of all oils and if u put a QD on before u apply another coat of SG it wont stick. I would use a SYNTHETIC QD as it will have a better time letting the 2nd COAT of SG bond to it. Or just do a light IPA wipe down again after u use a regular QD(not synthetic). Does this make sense.

The point is that SG needs to bond to something and if u have a carnauba wax in the QD then it will just burn off when that QD is done. But the Synthetic one will bond to the original coat of SG and the 2nd coat of SG will bond to the Synthetic QD.

I may be way off but this is how I see sealants working best and I love KSG and use it a lot. This way works for me but for each their own. If your going to do all the prep work then this is no big deal. I have the a special Synthetic QD just for the KSG 2 application.

Im no scientist but BOB may chime in and have something to say about this. Good luck!

Well Stilltippin you've used some good reasoning to back up your theory and I'm no chemist either, so to play it safe maybe just wash it before the 2nd coat. Now that said, the amount of "wax" in the QD would be pretty low IMO so I'd say you'd be fine.

What you are saying makes sense. I would think a QD like sonus acrylic spritz would be ok to use in between that second coat.

Yes...
Sonus Acrylic Spritz was created for this purpose.
It has been said that it actually uses a
certain % of K-HGSG in its formulation.

I read it somewhere and it works for me. I dont want to go through all that trouble just to have it wear off because I didnt apply it correctly. Good luck

Even though my "FrankenDetailer" has AW in it it also has KSG infused into as well, so when using such a mix you'd be ok to do this inbetween coat #1 and #2 if its weeks inbetween.
