I had the pleasure of reviving this 22k mile Benz.

Here is the car at the owners house.

Here are some pics after using 1Z Einsette waterless wash and clay bar

Here are some 50/50 shots. I used a chemical guys microfiber cutting pad and Menzerna IP2000 followed by Turbo wax finish polish on a white CCS pad.

Then topped with Victoria Concourse Red wax and polished the trim with never dull. Sorry for the darker pics.

Thanks for looking! Just need to clean up the interior.

When you said you revived that SL500 I didn't think it would look that great, excellent work on that classic Benz

Stunning results, from pink to RED! Did you notice the sound of the door when you close it....sounds like a coffin, THUD!

Thank you very much! Yeah they don't build them like that anymore. I love how older car shut.

Nice job. What polisher did you use?

Thank you! I used a Shurhold DA polisher.

Isn't it amazing how time, environment, and lack of proper care take its toll on paint. That said, with the right products and a bit of knowledge, life can be pumped back into these aging icons and life starts all over again....

Beautiful work!! :props:

Well put. I still find it amazing that with the right tools/products and knowledge this can be done. Nothing like standing back and admiring your work!

The words "revived" were the right word to described what you did to the car. Nice work Justin, and thanks for sharing!

I always enjoy seeing the change in single stage paint after a proper detail. Great job!
